Doležal, Michal ; Zbytovský, Jan (referee) ; Kříž, Jiří (advisor)
This Master’s thesis deals with the analysis problem during of electrical energy. On the basis of findings, the work includes analysis of the costs on electrical energy.
Single-phase wattmeter
Kolouch, Petr ; Knobloch, Jan (referee) ; Huták, Petr (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with wattmeters. The introduction is devoted to approach the issue. Subsequently, the principle of sensing of circumferential quantities, sampling theory and basic theory is explained. The next chapter discusses Arduino development kits. The practical part deals with the design of the circuit diagram and the printed circuit board. Further described is designed software. The final part tests the parameters of the designed power meter.
Design and realization of the power meter with IoT connectivity
Zagrapan, Ivan ; Lattenberg, Ivo (referee) ; Krajsa, Ondřej (advisor)
This thesis deals with designing and creating working prototype of IoT Wattmeter with option to switching relay. This device can be control remotely with option to read measured values. To reach my goals, I am using open-source designing board, different sensors and modules. I tis possible to communicate with device through Wi-Fi module ESP 8266 and to test LPWAN network I am using SIGFOX, module. To measure current, it´s used simple Hall-effect sensor and all available information’s are displayed on OLED display. To switch the circuit off or on solid state relay was used. In theoretical part of the work, I am trying to explain working principles of every module and source code, which I am using to control these modules. In practical part I created scheme, using CADSoft EAGLE and created functional wattmeter. Whole work is programmed in C++ language using Arduino IDE.
Logger pulse from wattmeter
Severa, Pavel ; Kubásek, Radek (referee) ; Friedl, Martin (advisor)
Most electronic wattmeter contains output for processing information on the con- sumption of other devices. The aim of this semestral project is to create a suitable device for reading output from power meter, store this information on the removable medium in size and ability to integrate into the distribution cabinet. Among other things, will monitor and record mode cheaper electricity, known as night mode.)
Intelligent wattmeter with network communication options (Ethernet / WiFi)
Haluška, Daniel ; Juráň, Radovan (referee) ; Rusz, Martin (advisor)
The goal of the Bachelor Thesis is the implementation of a measuring device for measuring alternating voltage, current and calculating of power consumption. A voltage divider with one-way offset is used for voltage measurement, and the ACS712 integrated circuit with a Hall sensor provides electric current measurement. The Arduino singleboard computer, for which the OLED display is suitable, takes care of the representation and calculation of the electrical power. Furthermore, this device allows communication with the Internet and through the server allows a simple graphical display of measured data. The manufactured measuring device allows measuring power regular outlet up to 3680 W.
Využití běžeckého wattmetru STRYD pro stanovení úrovně VO2max u vytrvalostních běžců
Bekr, Ondřej ; Kundera, Václav (referee) ; Pavelka, Jan (advisor)
Determining the limits of general endurance, critical power and maximal oxygen consumption is now a common part of the training process of professional athletes and their preparation to achieve the best possible sports results. Power is a very useful metric in cycling, but in recent years runners have also been trying to exploit its potential. Running power is only functional if it represents well the metabolic load of the organism. This thesis investigates the relationship between running power PO and oxygen consumption VO2, a representative of the metabolic load of the organism, in indoor and outdoor environments. Furthermore, thesis verifies the possibility of determining the VO2max level of runners using running power. The relationship between PO and VO2 is linear, for individual subjects the R2 is 0,95±0,07 in the indoor and 0,97±0,02 in the outdoor. For all subjects (TO) in the indoor the R2 takes the value of 0,67 and in the outdoor the value of 0,79. There was a difference of 1,2% (PO) and 3,7% (VO2max) between the values measured in the different environments. The model prediction from all TO in the indoor environment has an error of 3,5%.

Utilization of measurer for external performance in preparation period of cyclists and triathlonists in Czech republic
Kučera, Zdeněk ; Horčic, Josef (advisor) ; Kovářová, Lenka (referee)
SUMMARY: Title: Usage of measurer of external performance in trainings of cyclists and triathlonists in Czech republic Made by: Zdeněk Kučera Supervisor: PaedDr. Josef Horčic, Ph.D. Objectives: The main goal of this bachelor thesis is to find out, what is the usage of measurer of external performance for training management. The usage of wattmeter will be analysed among cyclists and triathlonists in Czech Republic. Methods: In my research, which was realized for the purpose of reaching the goal of thesis, was used the survey. The obtained information were sorted and interpreted by graphs. Results: It was found out, that performance measuring according to watts is supported and wattmeter plays an important role among other ways of measuring performance. It is necessary, that using of this tool has to be based on experiences, knowledge and individual access of cyclist. In despite of popularity of wattmeter the other ways of performance measuring are still inconsiderable, especially heart rate is not replaceable. Keywords:Wattmeter, heart rate, cadence, training management.
